Over the course of last 25 years, Dr. McDonald has worked with individuals, couples, and families to help bring hope and healing to struggling people. In inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings Dr. McDonald has had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele including adults, children, and adolescents. He utilizes a unique integrated counseling philosophy rooted in Biblical principles. His approach includes a strong emphasis on cognitive interventions helping clients control problematic emotions, make better decisions, improve relationships, and reverse destructive behavior patterns. He has a passion for helping people make positive life change. Dr. McDonald and his wife live in the Tyler area. They have been married for 34 years and have four children.

Ray has worked in the mental health field for 25 years. He has counseled individuals, families, couples and teens struggling with various issues. He served in the hospital and clinical setting for 15 years where he worked with individuals and their families struggling with debilitating mental illness, addictions as well as walking with them through grief and loss. Throughout this time he served as a youth pastor helping teens and adolescents work through anxiety, PTSD and self-esteem issues. Ray is bilingual and is passionate about helping people find healing and encouragement while providing them with tools to reach solutions to their problems. Ray and his wife live in Tyler, Tx. They have been married for 14 years and have four children.

Arlene has been working with children, adolescents, and families for over 25 years. She has worked in residential treatment with adolescents and as a caseworker in social service settings working with and training foster parents. In addition to her work in the mental health and social service fields, she has served as the Children’s Director for her church. As a result of her experiences, Arlene has developed a passion for working with individuals and families to help them overcome life’s challenges and develop strong and healthy relationships. She has been married for 34 years and has raised four children.

Spencer has experience working with children and families in both ministerial and educational settings. He assists clients using a counseling method with strong person-centered influences. Passionate about helping people find purpose and meaning in life, Spencer engages clients in their life story providing encouragement and assistance as they seek healing and truth. Spencer and his wife live in the Tyler area. They have been married for 8 years.
